No children were harmed in the making of this film. Barely.
During filming on Hannah Montana: The Movie Tuesday, wind blew a projection screen into a Ferris wheel full of passengers, resulting in minor injuries for a few extras and crew members.
No serious injuries were reported and neither emergency personnel nor law enforcement was dispatched to the scene. The kids who were on the ride at the time were examined as a precaution.

The new Hannah Montana movie suddenly became an action flick when a freak ferris wheel accident on the set left several extras in bad shape.
According to witnesses on the set, all hell broke loose when high winds blew a giant piece of lighting equipment into a ferris wheel full of people on the Tennessee movie set. Miley Cyrus -- the star of the film, for all you out of touch people -- had just wrapped a scene on the stage next to the ferris wheel when the accident occurred.
We're told the collision caused a few cables on the ferris wheel to go haywire, striking several of the people on the ride. Medics on the scene quickly took the injured people to a local hospital -- where they received treatment for minor injuries.
UPDATE: A Disney spokesperson tells TMZ, "During a break in the filming of 'Hannah Montana: The Movie,' a minor accident occurred involving a piece of production equipment. Fortunately, there were only a few minor injuries. Medical personnel have treated the extras and crew involved. None of the cast was on the set. Filming has resumed."

Vanessa Williams and her daughter Devin take a break from filming on the set of Hannah Montana: The Movie in Malibu on Thursday.
The 45-year-old actress, who stars on the hit show Ugly Betty, will play Hannah Montana’s publicist.
Heather Locklear, Taylor Swift, and Dolly Parton are also reportedly to make appearances in the movie.
Hannah Montana: The Movie is set to be released in May 2009.

The 15-year-old Disney tween queen was held up high on the surfboard by four hunky surfers. Looks like Miley was enjoying every second of it! FYI: If you’re unfamiliar with the show Hannah Montana, Miley Stewart (played by Miley Cyrus) is an average teenage school girl by day and a famous pop singer named Hannah Montana by night. The 15-year-old Disney tween queen seemed to be wanting to lick anything and everything in sight. Miley had a slight wardrobe malfunction and had to get a little help to adjust it.
