I've just finished the last book in the 'a great and terrible beauty' trilogy, the 'sweet far thing' and OMG it was amazing! So, so sad, it made me cry, especailly the end. Part of me wanted to hate it, it was so upsetting, but thats kind of what makes it so great! Its great when any book can actually make you feel emotions, and this one did! This series is definately my second favourite after twilight, though I think 'The sweet far thing' had a better storyline then 'Breaking dawn', in fact it was better.. Im in a total AGATB mood because of it haha, hence the av/sig, cant wait for the first movie! Even if its ages away..

Probably because they're not really that popular- they are bestsellers, but not to the amount of Twilight/HP standards anyway.. They're becoming well known here though! They deserve to do well, to be honest, theres too many books out there that dont get enough credit!

Yeah, definally! And I might have heard of them under an other title, since they mostly make other titles when it gets translated in dutch. I don't know, there are so many books and the best ones are most of the time not credited for how great they are! And I hate how unknown Twilight is here, so I think that's a pretty good example of a good book who doesn't get any credit.
