Yeah i love that its like the book Its not like exactly the same, and thats good. But in the book, they did mention clair de lune in his car, and Edward did make a comment on whether she was expecting coffins and bats lol Its good its not word for word, because it wouldnt be as great if it was just the book on screen, they've got to make it a little different but still stay loyal, you know?  |

Yeah, indeed!
I think that a movie from a book should really follow the book. Of course they can't film it the way we see it when we read it, but they should atleast try.
With Harry Potter, they just ruin the books with the movies, but movies like The DaVinci Code are as much like the book as possible! That's great!
I hope Twilight is like that too!

Yeah i think it will be with twilight! I mean, They've gone down into such little details, even including Kristen wearing brown contacts just because it was mentioned once that Bella had brown eyes! And Bella eating the mushroom ravioli in the restaurant, things like that. They've even matched all the cars, and [[mostly]] the characters as to what they were described [the main exceptions James though] Ive never seen/read the DaVinci code, i did hear what you said though from other people also! .. maybe i should try them sometime lol |

I really liked the DaVinci Code, the book is great (you just get it after you read it the second time haha) and the movie was good set up too!
But I agree about Twilight! They really seem to do their best to keep it as much like the book as possible!

Yeah, me too!
Altho I was reading the book yesterday and she described Dr. Cullen (edwards dad) as "handsomer than any movie star that I'd ever seen". So I'm really curious how they are going to film him, haha.

When i first saw Peter was Carlisle i actually thought 'no.' he's one of the only ones i thought that about haha, just because i only saw his imdb profile pic, which he looks kind of mean on and i was like 'no.. Carlisles supposed to be kind and better looking' But after seeing more pics of him, reading interviews, and seeing him with the blonde hair for Carlisle, i think he's really great for the role also I think they all are really |

Emmett? he was exactly how i imagined him when reading the books, when i saw Kellan who was playing him i was kind of like 'omg, he's perfect for the role!' lol And with Mike its like he stepped out the book lol Everyone sees things differently though But yeah i agree with Eric, and James/Laurent arent how i imagined them either, and perhaps not Jasper But they're all great |

Nah i kinda imagined Emmett a bit bigger, more muscle and stuff you know? lol. Oh with mike i guess he does look the part now, i just saw that it was Michael Welch and remembered him as the dorky kid from Joan of Arcadia, lol.

Ive never seen Micheal Welch on anything so i wouldnt remember him lol Yeah i havent made my mind up on all of them yet, I guess what really matters though is how they act really, i mean its fine if they dont have the same eye colour or something like that lol, because at the end of the day its going to be the way they act the characters thats going to matter by december Because one example is Cam as James, he doesnt match the description.. but in that sneak peak scene he acted so well! He actually was scary aha |
