Ok, I had heard she is a foster kid, but sleeping in the car shop (that used to be Keith's) is kind of weird, and makes me think either she is homeless or doesn't want to go back to her foster home.

I'm afraid that her parents kicked her out. And it makes me afraid for what happened to her! But it was great that they brought Keith's old garage back! I loved that part! I noticed it right away that it used to be Keith's, altho I wonder why they didn't clean that place up.... But I think that we will get to know a lot more about her and I hope that Brooke find out where Sam is sleeping!
And I liked that Sam was paying for Brooke's food! That was nice!!

I don't think she was kicked out, I still think she might be a foster kid and she hates going there because she gets abused or something, so she stays on her own, and sleeps where she can. I think she probably goes to that diner a lot. I hope we do get to learn more about her...I am interested to hear her story.

Yeah, that's possible too! And I agree with you! I would love to get to know more about her and I would love to see more scenes in Keith's garage!! That way a part of him stays in the show!

I agree. But part of him is still in the episode anyways...Lucas. He may not be Lucas's real biological son but he influenced him so much.

Sam got catched while sleeping in a car at school and in the end, she agrees to move in with Brooke. What do you think about her in this episode? Should she run away and go back to her foster home or was she right to take Brooke's offer?

I love the depth her story is taking on, it's going to keep Brooke on her toes this season, and with Owen coming back , I am excited.

Sam showed an other side of her in this episode. What do you think about her now? And about how she acted to Brooke? Should she be more grateful to Brooke for the change that she gives Sam??

I think Sam is dealing with things most kids her age don't have to deal with. A Mom who gave her up, struggling with knowing who her Mom is but not sure whether to talk to her. Brooke just wants to care for her, put a roof over her head. I just hope Sam realizes how good Brooke is before its too late.

Yeah, I agree!! I think that she will see that eventually, but I'm afraid that she wants to do it all alone!

Sam set up a party in Brooke's boutique last episode and got Jamie there with her, but do you think it's really smart of her to do that? And what do you think about her and Jamie??

I think there are some other ways she could have taught him an economics lesson, and not take advantage of other kids.

Yeah, that's true! But I think that it did show Sam that someone cares about her and wants to listen to her. She took advantages of that, but I think she learned of it now!

One Tree Hill: Rebel Without a Purpose
It seems that One Tree Hill introduces a new character to stir things up every few episodes. Last season brought us the likes of Mia, Millicent and Quentin, while this year we've met Mick, Julian and Sam, among others. Despite the abundance of new additions, I try to stay open-minded and give each character a shot at winning me over. Unfortunately, not all characters are created equal, and some end up being less lovable than others.
My biggest issue with season 6 of One Tree Hill, aside from the ridiculously annoying Gigi, is the character of Sam. She's gone from being a cookie-cutter rebel to a boring, sardonic teen. Last night's episode left us with hope that Brooke might ship her away so she can finally get a baby, but will it actually happen?
Not only is Sam a walking cliche of a character, but the way she's been integrated into Brooke's life is fairly implausible. Perhaps it's realistic compared to Lucas' insanely speedy movie deal or the antics of Nanny Carrie, but otherwise it's hard to buy into. Haley found a homeless teen living in a car, then with barely a phone call or any legal complications pawned her off on Brooke. I'm not sure if the system would ever allow a single woman in her early twenties to foster a teen, but it's the kind of thing you have to go with on One Tree Hill.
I'm more than ready for Brooke to ship Sam off and replace her with a baby, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. Brooke actually cares about the teen, and I'm sure she has no desire to abandon her. However, I do predict that Sam will run off on her own after overhearing Brooke's call with the adoption agent. She probably won't stay gone for long, but a few Sam-free weeks would be more than welcome.
Aside from anything involving Sam or Ghost Quentin, last night's episode of One Tree Hill was fantastic. It was great seeing Haley on stage again, and I also liked watching Millicent stand up to Gigi. I really can't stand how Gigi has devolved into a one-note super-*friendly* , so watching Milly put her in her place was awesome. I'm also happy that Lucas will be continuing with the movie, as that's one of the best plot lines on the show. I can't wait to see the casting process for the big screen version of An Unkindness of Ravens. It'd be perfect if they could get some random CW actress to cameo as a wannabe Brooke.
Next week's episode of One Tree Hill takes place in the 1940s and is written by Chad Michael Murray. It also looks like Sam will be sidelined, which already makes it one of the best episodes of the season.
