TALK ABOUT EPISODE TWO HERE...

They showed both of these episodes tonight so I am really letting all the new informatin run together in my head. I am glad that Luke found someone, but I think he is not happy, and that is why he can't write. I think having Peyton back in Tree Hill is special and will help inspire him again. I don't know what I think about Lindsay yet. She seems nice, but clingy. I hope Luke and Peyton get back together.
I think Peyton's label will be great. I am so excited to see where that goes, and I am happy about Brooke buying Karen's Cafe too...so awesome! I am glad she is moving to Tree Hill to help Haley with Jamie. I think Haley will be a great teacher and Luke and her have their hands full wth that kid who acts just like Nate used to in HS. So weird...Luke and Haley will change him for sure. It will be a challenge I think. I am happy Luke and Skills get to coach together, I hope the team comes together and wims and does well. I am also glad that Nate drove himself into the pool and started to change things for himself and for his family. That really shows what kind of man he can be. I hoe he stays on that right track. I want Karen and Lily to show up soon too...they are traveling, but that is ok. Mouth and Haley's Nanny Carrie---too cute! It think they should hook up! I can't believe Junk and Fergie are still around too, that is awesome! The guys are so great with little J-Luke! I can't wait for next week!
I already saw the previews, and it's going to be interesting!!!!

I can't agree more!!! It was great! I haven't seen the new preview yet, but I hope I will soon!!
Let's see... I don't think that Lucas will stay with Lindsay for long. They just don't seem to work together. They don't seem real to me. And after he helped Peyton and after she helped him, he started to write again, so I think she has definally something to do with his writersblock!
Peyton's label will be great!! I know she can do it and with the help of Lucas and Brooke it should rock!! And she has Tric as her basis, so that means it's easy for her to book a band and let them play in Tric and see how people react on them!! I love it!! I knew that Brooke was buying Karen's Cafe, and I think it's cool! I just hope it works out for her! I'm glad she can help Haley and Jamie now! She really belongs in Tree Hill!! Yeah, Lucas and Haley back in Tree Hill High is great!! I think they are going to change that school in a better place, I just don't know if they know it already (haha, sorry, it reminded me of Lucas's Book, haha). I always thought when Nathan was sitting at the side of that pool why he didn't try walking in there, it should be easier for him, so I'm glad he finally drove in there! I hope he will get better! But when he went racing with Jamie, it was sweet!! Nathan will become the father Jamie deserves!! I'm not so sure about the nanny yet, she seems a little bit too sweet for me, but it was funny how Mouth react!! And it's great that Junk and Fergie are still around, I don't think the rivercourt would be the same without them and it's great how they play with Jamie.
I think this season is going to be fantastic!! Can't wait for the next episode!! It can't be better as last 2 episodes, I would say, but something says to me that Mark has some big surprises for us this year!!

I hope so. Usually his surprises are good, and come when they need to. They are perfectly planned drama...and I love how he makes it all evolve.

yeah, and I loved how he let everyone has those moments where they were dealing with stuff. Just music in the background, some faces and without a word there was maybe more said than in all those other scenes. There are not many producers who dare that!

Me too, makes it more dramatic that way.

Hmm, am I the only one who actually liked LL? I like them way more than LP. Though I do not wish to see them together forever, I'm still cheering for my BL. Anyway, loved the second eppy, though I haven't seen the end.

Yeah, the end was great and I get your point, as a BL fan, that you like LL, but I don't, sorry! And I can't wait till next episode either!! It's so great that it's back!!

I like LL too, they feel right...maybe I like it because there is no trianlge drama...and it's not so tark&twisted... Well, anyway: Jamie - he is just cute! I'm taking a stand...Peyton Sawyer Unemployed!! ;D Peyton - I like the idea of her label but I don't like it that she still loves Lucas...I mean come on...people move on... Lucas - I hope he sticks with L because it would be really disappointing if he would hurt another person because he can't figure out what his feelings are... Skills/Jamie - Haley - she was great in this episode...with Nathan and this jerk - she handled it well. and her voice-over was great. Nathan - I knew he would fight! YAY! About your earlier conversation about Mark's surprised...to be honest I think Mark is weird because he comes up with the stupidest storylines one can imagine...sometimes I think he is a bit crazy. Brooke - it's great she wants to work in OTH now...I'm curious how she will decorate her new office....anyway she was so funny when she throw the cell phone in to the river.

haha, yeah, indeed!! I am actually glad that Peyton still loves Lucas and about the triangle stuff, I think we have a new triangle! Brooke is away, but Lindsay is in her place now and I think Lucas still loves Peyton, but because she didn't came to the booksigning, he gave Lindsay a try and liked her, so started to date her. But he had a writersblock for a reason and now he helped Peyton and she told him that she showed up at the booksigning and she told him that his book matters, he can write again. Peyton is his muze and he really needs her!
And about Mark and his crazy storylines, that's what I love about OTH. It's so totally different that other shows and that's basicly because of Marks great work!! I love it all and I'm sure he has more crazy ideas!! haha

I have to agree with Anna on both points. I think Peyton is Lucas's one true love. Kind of like the Pacey/Dawson/Joey triangle. No matter who that third person is he will always love Peyton. I think Peyton is doing ok, she is hurt that he is with Lindsay and all but I think she is still overcome with love for him and not allowing her self to totally give up on the idea of "them" and honestly that is ok. I would be the same way if me and my fiancee ever ended things. I would never be able to let go of him totally. He will always hold the biggest pieces of my heart.
About Mark's storylines and plots...I think he is crazy and honestly I agree that that is what makes OTH stand out. That is what separates us from the crowd and makes us such a success, you can not guess what is coming next. It is next to impossible to read Mark's mind and figure out what is coming next in the story. I like that. I like reading spoilers, but I think its great that they don't ever tell the whole story, there are whole chunks left out on purpose and it makes you want to watch the show to fill in the blanks and you never know what will happen.

Yeah, I agree with you too!! I think that Peyton and Lucas always will be friends. They love each other and indeed, even tho Lucas is with Lindsey now, he helps Peyton by setting up a place to start her label. They need each other and I agree about never letting go. It was hard for her to see Lucas at the booksigning and when she saw Lindsey kissing Lucas it should have been really hard, but when she saw him again at Tree Hill, she wanted to hug him again and it was like old times again. Atleast, if Lucas would have let her. But if she really didn't care about him anymore, why did she show up at the booksigning and getting every copy of Lucas's book that was available?? So I think she needs him more than he knows!!
And about Mark, yeah, that's so great! Even if you read the spoilers, there are always surprises and you can't even image how the spoilers will turn out in the episode when you read them. They only spoil the story, but never the scene, the text and how it's shot! And it was great from Mark to come up with the idea to skip College and come back so strong! OTH stands out on greatness and is so totally different than other shows and that's all because of Mark. And what's more nice that never know what will come up? To be surprised every episode? And when you are done with the latest episode you wanna see the new one again? I think that's what a show needs. If you can tell the storylines in front, no-one would watch! So yeah, Mark is crazy, but in the best way and thanks to him we have the show we all love!!

" I have to completly agree with you...I think it's great that his episodes are so fantastically written that they leave you on the edge of the seat waiting to see what happens after each commercial break and at the end of the episode, it leaves you wanting to know what happens next, so you will watch the next week. I love his style of writing, it's so suspensful and deep and I think he should win a writer's award for One Tree Hill because it is that good of a show and our fan-base spans the entire world. There are shows that their fan bases never even leave the US. I think that should say something about the writers, not just the actors whose faces we see each week. That is nor really why everyone continues to watch...I know I watch to see what happens to the charatcers, and it doesn't hurt that I like the actors/actresses in the show...but it's the way the story is written and played out so perfectly that makes me watch week after week.

Well Marks ideas disappointed me many times...but that's me.
About Leyton - it seems that they are still in love and all but let's look at B/L - the scene when they see each other again, it does not seem like a simple friends reunion...I mean how Lucas holds her head and touches her hair...and he closes his eyes...the same way hes used to hug and touch her in the past....like last episode of second season when Brooke was leaving...

Thanks Meg, I'm glad you agree with me and I agree with you too!! I'm really glad that I don't have any commercial breaks in the episodes that I watch on my computer because I hate that, but I always was like that when I watched them on tv. Grapping some drinks fast and than be sure that you are on time back in front of the tv, because you don't wanna miss a moment. And when someone interups me when I'm watch, I go back a few minutes to I can pick it up again! And for me, the actors are unknown. Only Chad is really populair here. Some of the movies of Sophia are out here too, but the other actors were totally unknown for me when I started to watch and they play so great that I felt in love for it! I think that's the most important. The stories by the writers has to be good, but the actors need to be good too, if they play like crap, you don't keep watching. And indeed, the storylines are really deep. I'm sure that everyone has someone that he or she can relate to. And with the voiceovers Marks gives messages to the world and they fit really great in OTH! I'm sure that OTH and the voiceovers have saved me on some points and I can't live without them anymore. Mark is really great in that! He helps people by just making a show that's deeper than any other show I know! Okay, yeah, maybe you're right about that. And I get that you are a big Brucas fan and I myself would love to see them getting an other change in this season because they both changed so much since the last time they date. But I'm trying to see the other part too. In the beginning of the show, in season one, Lucas liked Peyton, but she didn't want what he wanted, so he gave up on her. And Brooke always showed him that she wanted him. So I can't blaming him for taking her, but eventually he and Peyton started to realise their real feelings and started to make out behind Brookes back. So the whole cheating and triangle thing didn't work and Lucas broke with Brooke and Peyton didn't want Lucas anymore. And in season 2, Lucas really started to love Brooke, but they didn't seem to work out at the end of season 3. So I'm taking you back to episode 9 of season 4. Peyton told Lucas that she loves him and he didn't know what to do about it. He told Skills that he gave up on her, because it didn't seemed ment to be. But they started to date anyway. But I think something has happened that we don't know yet between Lucas and Peyton, because she wanted to hug him too. But Lucas didn't want that. Brooke on the other side, always showed Lucas what she felt for Lucas and Lucas loves her, indeed, but maybe just as a friend that he loves to see again and not a lover. He just missed her. But that's just what I think...

I think the B/L relationship was based off of romantic chemistry and no true passion for each other. That is my opinion and I don't want to start some Brucas vs. Leyton fight on this forum, we are better than that. I can see where you both are coming from and all of it makes sense to me beacuse I am trying to look at this from all side and perspectives! I think the Leyton relationship was based off of passion for art and passion for each other and genuine love for the other person, whethere they always show it or not, it will always be there. I think it will always be like that for Leyton until the end...whether they get back together or not, they will always have their past - it will always be there. For Brucas, there are memories I think of what could have been, but I don't really think the love is there for either of them. I think in season five he will end up with Lindsay or Peyton.

I think the actors have to be semi good, but I think their acting depends on the writing and how much they relate to the part themselves in the show. I think that makes the most difference, you can be the worst actor in the world, come onto a set, read a part and relate to it and do the best performance of your life and make a difference, but the point is, they are not your words or actions or even emotions...all those things are fueled from what the writer wrote for you to read. That is how I see things from my end.

I have to agree. I think I meant that the actors play great just because they, indeed, relate so much with it. But if you have a not so great actor and he relates with the story and the character, than he will play great. Atleast, that's what I think. Most actors in OTH don't have many experience in acting, but with Mark's help and the great storylines, they play good and convincing. So I'm maybe I put my words wrong, but I think I meant the same as you.
