- If Keith was the older brother of Dan then shouldn't he have been older than being born in 1970? That would have made him 36 when he died. But if Karen got pregnant senior year and Deb beginning of college, then that would make Dan, Deb & Karen all 35-36 as Luke & Nate are 17/18 and only 3 months apart! So if that's the case then Dan & Keith were the same age?
- Possible Goof: If the school shooting happened on March 1, 2006 which is when Jimmy's headstone said he died, then wouldn't the rest of season three and all of season four take place in a two-three month time span. High school seniors graduate in either May or June.
- There's a picture behind Nathan when he is telling Haley about his point shaving and the picture is of a person shooting a basketball with the number 33 as the jersey. Dan Scott was number 33.
- Keith and Jimmy died on the same day, but the date of death on their headstones are different. According to the headstones, Keith died on January 23rd and Jimmy died on March 1st. The episode aired on March 1st, but last season and this season are 1 year, so there is some obvious confusion on when the school shooting took place.
- In the scene where Nathan brings Haley soup, we see him take out the soup from the bag then he turns the TV off. But after we see him turn off the TV, he's holding the bag and he takes out the soup again.
- Within the first few minutes we see Rachel & Brooke talking at school. Rachel was holding lipgloss, but then she was seen pulling it out of her pants.
- When Brooke and Rachel are in the Clean Teen meeting, Shelley grabs two t-shirts and when she hands one to Rachel she says "Brooke" and then when she hands the other one to Brooke, she says "Rachel".
- April 20: This is Jimmy's birthday as well as the date of the Columbine High School shootings. Jimmy was the school shooter at Tree Hill.
- Peyton: ...or they turn into freaking Norman Bates.
Norman Bates is a character in the novel 'Psycho' by Robert Bloch. He's probably best known from the movie, that has the same title, by Hitchthingy. The character he plays has been abused as a child and developed a personality disorder. Because of this he thinks he's his mother so he doesn't have to face the fact that he killed her, and others. Peyton compares him to crazy Derek who stalked her.
