In Harm's Way, the creation of prolific reality producer Craig Piligian (Dirty Jobs, American Chopper, Survivor) brings a brand new hour of unscripted, action-packed material to television.
Hosted by Hunter Ellis (Hunter Ellis), former Navy Fighter Pilot and one of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people in the world, each episode documents the stories of the brave individuals who risk their lives in a multitude of life-threatening jobs, all for the benefit of society: avalanche hunters, oil well cappers, Coast Guard rescue swimmers and hurricane chasers, to name a few.
Premiers Sunday Oct. 5th
1.01 Coast Guard Swimmers:
When an accident occurs in the ocean off the unforgiving Alaskan coastline, the US Coast Guard gets the first call to assist and rescue those in trouble — executing as many as 200 rescues a year. With the full cooperation of the USCG, the series premiere of "In Harm’s Way" takes an up-close look at one of these rescue units as its operatives go about their daily and often dangerous routines. The one-hour unscripted reality series is hosted by former Navy Fighter Pilot Hunter Ellis and, each week, will follow a different group of brave individuals who risk their lives in a multitude of life-threatening jobs.
1.02 Pro Bull Riders:
RIDING BULLS FOR A LIVING - A day's work for a seasoned bull rider sometimes lasts a mere eight seconds – the length of a complete ride in professional competition. Working closely with the Professional Bull Riders Association, this episode of In Harm’s Way, hosted by Hunter Ellis, takes viewers inside the exciting and demanding sport of professional bull riding
