- Right after Lucas jumps into the water, the camera goes back to Haley and Karen on the bridge. There is a person in a white shirt walking off camera to the left of Haley. There were only two people in Haley's car, two people in Cooper's car and two people in Karen's car. Everyone but Haley and Karen were in the river, so there shouldn't have been anyone else on the bridge.
- It is common knowledge that cells phones are prohibited from being used in hospitals as they interfere with important equipment. But in this episode Lucas is seen using his to call Dan. Characters also use cell phones in earlier episodes while in the hospital.
- When Haley & Nathan enter their apartment after going home from the hospital, Haley notices the new mural. Nathan says it is the London Bridge. In fact the bridge is actually Tower Bridge. This is a very commonly made mistake.
- When Skills is asking Lucas to talk to Whitey about Skills joining the Ravens, the back of his shirt reads 23. That is the famous Scott jersey number. The number both Dan and Nathan had/have. In a later episode Lucas gives Skills his old number 3.
- It is evident that the new bridge scenes were filmed well after the original scene due to the trees in the background changing from being completely bare to full of leaves.
- In this episode at the beginning when Nathan is in the car drowning he has a mole on the left hand side of his face. He doesn't appear to have this in any of the other episodes.
- Rachel's hair is noticably longer then it was in the finale.
- Peyton finds a note from Ellie in the album Houses of the Holy by Led Zeppelin.
- The doctor mentions to Nathan that his knee should be okay in a few days and then you see Nathan limping after he gets off the examination table. In the 401 Commentary, Mark Schwahn says that James actually hurt his knee on some stairs in his home before filming and James is truly limping not acting. He had just gotten out of the hospital before filming started.
- As of Season 4, James Lafferty (Nathan) is the only cast member to have appeared in every episode.
- Antwon Tanner (Antwon "Skills" Taylor) and Danneel Harris (Rachel Virginia Gatina) are added to the opening credits as of this episode.
