Calling all members, new and old! We need some help here!
We want to get more members on this forum, and we want to get more ACTIVE members on this forum!
We ask for any ideas and suggestions that you can think of to help us get more members to read other topics and post and discuss topics all over the forum, and not just in certain sections.
We want everyone here to love this whole forum, and we want to be one of the best! I hope that some of you can help us--with ideas on what we can do to make this forum more interesting to people, and to get ourselves topics that people will read, and respond to!
Please give us as much input as you can...good and bad! We want to hear from you!!!

Before i saw this i actually thought of an idea earlier, so its weird that you mentioned that, but heck this idea may sound crazy... but we should make a myspace account for othsisters, we could add oth fans by going around other oth myspace profiles and then advertise on bulletins and get affilates, stuff like that On the myspace profile on the 'about me', you can explain everything about the forum, about the owners, and even have some members comments about it what they like about it, what sections there is on here, stuff like that... And then we link to the forum!  Its a long shot that people would like this idea, but i think it would help, i sort of like, live on myspace haha so i would be able to help with setting up a profile and stuff, if you needed any |

I think thats a great idea emma!!! I know so many OTH fans are on myspace and adding them would deffo get the forum a lot more publicity!

I was thinking That There Should Be A Section For Members Only we have that but instead is a special place to talk about One Tree Hill and have discussions especificaly about what couples we support and things like that. As well as for what charachters we support too because some times in the sections about ether Sophia/Brooke, Haley/Bethany and so on people bash our charachters it has hapenned in the Brooke section so I just think there should be a place for people to say what they want about the Charachters and Couples they support with much freedom as possible like they have in the OTHForums is called the WarZone.
I know it's not the best idea but is just a thought.
Also Along with Myspace there is also Facebook is sorta like MySapce but is about people from HighSchool and College and so on is pretty cool.
Is Just a Thought Maybe we can have both a MySapce and a Facebook.
Will see well now you have a few ideas. I'll see if I can think of more.

First to talk about Facebook, we will discuss this idea among staff and make a decision on whether or not we want to go forward with it...
Now about the "WarZone" idea...
Anna and I started this forum with the pretense of OTH fans talking about the show, characters and relationships with out all the fighting. We wanted a place where we could all feel free to say whatever we wanted to, and not have to worry about someone saying bad things about us in another tread, or fighting with us about our opinions.
We feel that a place like the "WarZone" on OTH Forums is not a place that belongs on OTH Sisters...we don't like the fights and the mean way people to talk to one another on that forum.
We have separate boards for each character, and there is a relationship board...if you want to say something good or bad about that character or relationship-please feel free. We never said you can't create your own topics under the character boards, or start new conversations as well in the relationship board, we just ask that there only be one tread per couple. No one here will be mean or say mean things about your opinions...we may not agree with you, but it can be talked about like in an adult conversation. If you don't agree with someone, just ask them to explain why they feel that way and then you can get a better understanding where that person is coming from. There is no reason to start fights over it, it's just a tv show.
Please don't think we don't want your ideas...it's a nice idea. But it doesn't make sense to make it when we think the character and relationship boards are fine the way they are-they has worked for us so far.
I addition, we don't allow "guests" to post, so there is not a point to make a "Member's Only" board about it. You have to be a member to post anything on this whole forum.
