OTH Blog Review: Tonight was sad. What other way can I put it? Parts were really hard to watch. Here are a few of my notes about it.
* The music was gorgeous tonight. * Nathan stepping up to say he’d tell Jamie was endearing but them deciding to do it together was awesome. I love that they are being a solid couple. In fact, they had to make a lot of tough decisions as parents tonight. * Jamie not quite understanding death broke my heart. * Denise’s speech to Nathan, Haley, Lucas and Skills was amazing. Kudos to the writers and Denise’s character for boldly talking about Christ and their faith instead of beating around the bush. * Lucas and Peyton’s moment in his their room was just enough LP for this episode. I loved the fact Luke was still thinking about the wedding and Peyton knew it wasn’t the time. And the fact they talked about it being like marriage was almost an “inside squee” moment given the circumstances. * James Lafferty ROCKED his scene with Sophia. Wow. That scene came out of nowhere and I’m so glad it did. Nathan was awesome to Brooke and the fact he was looking back on their paths and seeing similarities is something I hadn’t thought of and I really, really liked that. His lines were heartfelt and well-delivered and I’m just loving this new, solid man that Nathan Scott has become. * I could have done without the Dan/Carrie scenes but wasn’t it a nice plot-twist with the whole son thing? Wow! I wasn’t expecting that one either. It sure explains a lot and yet opens up a whole other set of questions! * I loved how it came out that the voice-over was Sam’s paper she wrote. * The last scene though really got me. First Jamie with the cape and then Brooke looking like she had her moment and let go. I hope in some way that moment started her healing.
This was a beautiful episode, one that everyone who worked on it should be proud of. I think it did Quentin justice and even was able to move a few plots forward a bit.

I can barely talk about this episode it was so upsetting! The saddest episode of any show I have ever seen without a doubt. In a way I loved it because it was so well done but i dont think i could bear to watch it again. Atleast not anytime soon.

Wow, this episode was amazing! I can't believe it! It was touching and amazing! I really don't know what to say about it, but i know that we can go on from here with some good storylines!
The scene with Nathan and Brooke was great! I never thought about it that way, but it was great to see!
I don't have words anymore for this episode...

I loved this episode it was really well done, acted and presented to us. I loved the last scene with Jamie, the cape and Brooke is the only one that made me cry. Loved Nathan and Brooke scene. and Did not quite gte all the rant Brooke said I only got something about rape. Witch makes me think she was raped.

I think that the list that Brooke mentioned about raped and breakins and all was to show how hard this world is and that it can happen to everyone, also her, maybe to give them an idea that she didn't fell of the stares, but that she doesn't want to admit that yet. And maybe also to give it a place what happened to her, but I don't think that she has been raped!
And the scene that made me cry was the one where Q's mom was telling Lucas, Skills, Nathan and Haley what they meant for him and what Q thought about them and all. I really loved that scene! And the voiceover made me cry too!

The scene where Nathan and Haley had to tell Jamie made me cry too. To be honest i cried through the whole episode. I'm far to emotional i think, lol. Then again my friend who watched OTH texted me and said "OMG i'm an emotional wreck now" - i knew straight away she'd just watched the episode, lol.

Just saw the episode myself, and to say the least, again Mark has outdone himself...this was a great and emotional episode. I didn't cry as much as I thought I would, but I loved the whole episode, even the Dan/Carrie scenes, which was unexpected.

i kinda hate the writers for writing him out!!! But that had to be the MOST emotional episode in all six seasons. Definitely a new favourite of mine

It was just as sad as the shooting, I cried all during that one too.
I say it's equal to this one, two most emotional episodes ever!!

I didn't really cry much in the shooting episode. I only just cried for Keith but that was it really. I knew what was going to happen before i watched it because SOMEBODY told me (EMMA!!!!) And i knew Q was going to die because SOMEBODY told me (still EMMA!!!!) but this is definitely above it because i was crying throughout the entire episode. I think the shooting episode was the most tense though

I think I could agree, but I am just emotional. Haha.
I agree about the shooting being the most intense, but this one was more "sad".

Yeah, I agree with both of you! I am not really that emotional, so I didn't really cry by both episodes, but the shooting one was so intense and this one wasn't that much, just really sad and really meanful! And even tho he was an 'extra' he did get a whole episode about him. I really loved it and it was great work from Mark and everyone!

I just like that in some way or another, Q touched the whole cast, even though he was an extra.

This episode was so amazing! It really was the most moving episode of OTH yet! I really did grow to love Quentin, it was sad that in the previous episode he was planning his future and it looked like he was going to have a good one and then it was taken, its a sad situation really The ending actually made me cry a little also, with the voiceover and the cape being put on Quentins coffin! The second time ive cried to OTH really! There was one scene i loved probably the most- and that was when Jamie met Quentins brother, it was adorable how they were compared their lives and then how Jamie gave Andre, Quentins jersey, it was really sweet But the whole episode was amazing, maybe one of my faves overall, season six is so great so far! Looks like its going to be better then season five already! ;D

Yeah, I agree with you Em!! I really don't get how people can think that season 6 is so aweful!! I love it and I agree that it might be better than season 5! And I loved season 5!!! In my opinion, OTH is getting better per season, with an exception of season 2!!
