Hilary Duff - “Reach Out” Music Video Check out the new Hilary Duff “Reach Out” music video, which premiered exclusively on MySpace Music. It was directed by Philip Andelman on September 13–14, 2008 in Los Angeles. Hil does some funny thumb-sucking in the vid! “Reach Out” featuring rapper The Prophet is the first single off Hilary’s compilation album titled Best of Hilary Duff due to hit stores shelves on November 11. Hilary Duff’s ‘Reach Out’ Gets Censored  Hilary Duff looks flushed as she shops for home furnishings at Lucca Antiques on Wednesday afternoon in West Hollywood, Calif. The 21-year-old starlet’s new single Reach Out has been getting a lot of buzz because of its music video — so much that there’s now a censored version of it. The “censored” version cut most of all the thumb-sucking scenes and replaced them with less explicit versions. Hilary Duff Takes On Total Finale Live Hilary Duff helps celebrate MTV’s TRL “Total Finale Live” at the MTV studios in Times Square on Sunday in New York City. Backstage at MTV’s TRL Total Finale Live, Hilary talked about “Reach Out,” featured on her her greatest-hits LP, Best of Hilary Duff. “Reach Out” is a sample of a Depeche Mode song, ‘Personal Jesus. “It’s different for me. It’s a little dancey, and there’s a rapper named Prophet who’s on it who’s really cool and kinda fresh,” the 21-year-old singer/actress told MTV.
