Okay, here are my thoughts, but luckly for the one who will read this, there weren't so many characters in this episode, so maybe this essay is shorter as my others!! haha
I'm going to begin Nathan and Haley. It was great to see how they were together in college and taking care of Jamie together! I'm glad that lucas lived with them in college so he could help them out! But they seemed to me to be a happy couple. And they were great at the end of the episode! Haley is finally setting the trophies back and the kiss was great!! Finally a Naley-kiss again! I missed that in season 5 so far! And Jamie was really cute again this episode!! I loved his first word: Ball!! He's so much like Nathan!
Lucas: Okay, I love how he became coach of the basketball team and he looked really good at it. He really did his best and he had it all figured out. He did a great job and I think they won the championship partly because of him! And I was so glad that he went to LA to see Peyton! They looked so good together! The phonecall was hilarious! And we had a Leyton-kiss this episode too!! haha. He looked really good at the dinner, but it was too bad that Peyton had to leave early and didn't came back soon! Than the whole proposal. I'm not sure what to think about that. I hate Lucas for not giving her a change to tell what she wanted to tell and running in conclusions so fast, but I don't get Peyton for not saying yes and just wait with the wedding. But I think it's weak from Lucas that he left so fast and didn't leave a message or even call her! The phonecall at the airport from Lindsay was nice! She seems like a nice girl back than. And lucas was so happy! But I don't get that Lucas called Brooke instead of Peyton! Okay, yeah, he needed to go to New York, but he could atleast call Peyton to give her to good news! The whole situation with Brooke was great! I laughed so hard when Victoria walked in and saw Lucas on one knee and the ring! haha. And in the cafe, yeah, what else should they think! The ride in the carriage was great!! That guy so totally speaked the truth! And I was really proud on Brooke when she said no after Lucas kissed her! But I don't get him for doing that. I guess he was just really wasted! And than the scene in Lindsay's office. Who knew that Lucas was the one who gave her the lucky bamboo. It was really funny! But it was awfull to see how Lucas cut Lindsay out when he came back from his memories. But I get that he went to Brooke and I'm sure that the answer on Brooke's question: "Do you still love her?" Should be: "YES" and not "I need to go to Lindsay" or something like that! And I'm sure Brooke knows that too!
Peyton: Okay, other than what I already said, I think that Peyton should have thought about what she wanted. She could have said Yes to Lucas and just wait for a few years with the wedding. But she didn't really seemed happy at her job so I don't get why she stayed so long there!
Brooke: She was really great! It was smart of her to take C/B to the next level, I'm just not sure if she should have done it with Victoria. Maybe it should have been better to let someone else do Victoria's job and let Victoria rule backstage. Make sure that everything is going okay, but not the possibility to rule this much. And I'm glad that Brooke talked to Lucas at the end. I think she sees it clear now and I think she will help Lucas with dealing with his feelings and be sure that he picks the right girl at the end.
Okay, these were my thoughts. Someone else other ideas??

Yeah, this last episode was a whole flashback. It started in the continue of the last episode and ended there again, but in between it was like one big flashback!

im in the uk so was it a flashback that was shown of lucas & peyton? If you read the spoilers on this episode you will see what the flashbacks were all about. It was mostly about Lucas and Peyton and what happened to end their relationship between seasons in the four year gap.

Okay, these were my thoughts. Someone else other ideas?? I have to agree about less characters.... About Nate and Haley-I agree that Jamie's first word was awesome! He is for sure Nate's son and Lucas's nephew! I was happy to see that they all lived together during college. I think Lucas being there helped alot and I am glad that Haley conveyed that to him. About Lucas and Peyton-I think Lucas went too far with his demands and scared Peyton out of her mind. She was not ready for that...she was caught off guard and I think he should have cut her some slack. I think him living with Naley made him all "romantic and love sick" and wanting a family that he was blindsided with it and wanted to take his relationship with Peyton to the next level, which she was clearly not ready for. I just hope that more questions are answered soon about them and if Lucas still loves her in pressent time. About Brooke-I was glad that she pushed Lucas away after the kiss. And she was right "this is not high school anymore" and I think she was sad about having to turn him away, but it was the right thing to do...for her and for Peyton. I think she knew that. I think Brooke was the one that grew the most in the four year gap of these characters. I think the next one would be Haley.

Yeah, it was good that Lucas lived with Nathan and Haley to help them with Jamie, but it should be hard for him to see them so happy while he lived so far away from Peyton. And I agree that it might have pushed him into the marriage thing and that was wrong. Like he said when Peyton said that they were too young: "Nathan and Haley were younger." Or something like that! So I agree that it might have done this because of what he saw from Nathan and Haley. Yeah, I agree about Brooke too! I think she grew most in the 4 years too!

About Leyton - I have to agree with Meg on this one...he went way to far...he missed her I know but that's not a reason...especially that they've seen each other three times over one year...and he expected she would throw away her dreams for him...I'm really curious how the scene would look like if Lucas knew already that he had to move to NY to publish his book... Brooke - she is so grown-up...I was proud of her...and she still loved Lucas and in my opinion she'll always will... N/H - their scenes were cute, but there were far too many Leyton scenes and less scenes of them but they were adorable....ball....guitar. Victoria - turns out she isn't that bad after all, she really pushed the company tot he point it is today...she might have wrong reasons but I believe that deep down she loves her daughter... Victoria's reaction when she saw Luke n his knees....great!

Yeah, I agree with you! Not sure about Brooke yet, I don't really think that she loves Lucas. At least, I don't think yet.

I think you never forget the first person you ever really loved. I think Brooke really loved Lucas, and I think she always will, I just don't know if love is enough. I also think Victoria is a great Mom for helping Brooke out, I think she is a beeyotch and a little bit too controlling, but I think it helped the company in the long run. I think she wants what is best for Brooke, but needs to know right now I think Brooke needs to do things for herself to be happy, you know?
